I have a total of 8 years BPO experience handling solid credit card collections account. I used to collect for both American Express and GE Money Bank credit cards before. But, I have given up my job from the corporate world outside and started working from the comfort of my home since June 2018. I was a real estate appointment setter for almost one year. I've had experience calling FSBOs, expired listing and circle prospecting and also for investors with cash offers. With my real state job, the main task that I need to do is to generate leads from distressed homeowners. Whether the property be vacant, in probate, pre-foreclosure, getting a divorce or just needing a fast and quick close. Then, also cold calling each individual using MOJO, Call Tools or another auto-dialer. And asking the typical questions that you're probably familiar with. Ex. What's your asking price? Why are you wanting to sell? How soon? Have you found another home yet? What is the condition of the property? The roof? The Foundation? The HVAC system? And then, inputting the data into excel or google sheets with notes and most importantly, updating the CRM. So basically, I'm doing admin tasks and cold calling everyday. Both at the same time.
In this kind of position, I was taught to be able to establish relationships and strike up impromptu conversations. Although, the company basically provided a script and expected strict adherence to it, it was also necessary that I must be skilled and confident in building rapport, which might mean carrying on unrelated conversations.
While I don’t know the experience of the other candidates, I can speak to the qualifications that make me the best fit for this position. With over 8 years of BPO experience in the corporate world outside and having almost three years experience as an appointment setter ( both for real estate and for a business to business campaign), I'm confident that I could bring my creative and motivational marketing and negotiation skills to the client side with your company. I have delivered results above and beyond with my previous companies. and I would love to do the same for you.
