• Handled escalations of associates' unresolved client issues within the scope of Order (inbound/outbound) and Receiving (Returns/Inventory) in warehouses across the globe to resolve conflicts and strengthen the partnership.
• Experience with different CRMs such as KANA, Salesforce, Helpscout, Zendesk, MS Dynamics, and Gmail.• Experience with different forms of communication
such as Skype, Slack, Asana, Five9, and Cisco.
• Experience with different E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shipwire, and Rakuten Marketplace (similar to Amazon FBA)
