Senior Bloomberg AdministratorDaily administration of Bloomberg Application, including but not limited to user, portfolio & broker administration,troubleshooting, and audit.? Maintain and update Bloomberg Support Documentation and Portfolio Request Form as needed.? Provide on-call support as part of on-call rotation within the Bloomberg Support team.? Keeping abreast of new features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.? Provide application users with technical support.? Participate in database upgrade, process changes with system owners and business owners.? Excellent knowledge on other Investment applications connected to Bloomberg Trading system.? Available to work off-hours and extended shifts if required.? Logging and tracking identified system problems through Upgrade to see actual infovestment Application Administrator? Maintain system documentation.? Provide Frontend support for application related issues.? Maintain SLA, System Availability, Capacity management, and Accuracy for everyday task.? Escalate issue to higher level application support team.? Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all supported application.? Provides second level of technical support for all corporate systems and software components.? Assist in the day-to-day operations of department.? Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.? Answers technical queries and assisting users.? Generate Reports for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly for every application.
