Profile Description

I have a lot of work experience in Customer Service and Sales. I am very experienced in dealing with different kinds of people. For 2 years, I served as a missionary for our church. We were assigned to many different areas, talking to different kinds of people and introducing the Gospel of God. I included this because having that experience shows how versatile and experienced I am in selling and convincing people. Highly skilled in taking inbound and outbound calls, email and chat support. I also have experience in contacting Human resource personnel to offer to post our Ads on their website. My recent jobs have all been outbound sales and appointment setting.  I worked for 6 months as a virtual assistant for a real estate company as a cold caller. I am certified in Computer Hardware NCII and am skilled in MS office and google tools. I have experience in using different CSRs like ZENDESK, PODIO, BASECAMP and VMWARE. I also was a promoter for an appliance center store. I was trained for 2 months in Customer service and English proficiency recently to sharpen my skills.

I am a resourceful person. I can work without supervision. I also work well with teammates. I am willing to work overtime if additional tasks are given. I am known to work efficiently and I love learning. I can separate work from personal issues as I am aware that for working from home this can be a problem. During my time in the call center, I am proud to say I did not have any tardiness issues. I am loyal to the company I work for which attribute I will credit to the principles I learned from our church.
