Profile Description

I have almost 4 years of experience as a freelance virtual assistant. I worked as a Finance Analyst  ( Virtual Assistant). I maintain a functional accounting environment while I manage accounts payable duties for more than 100 vendors. I have conducted trainings for new Accounts Payables Specialists, I respond to requests from colleagues and vendors in a timely manner, and I am adept at prioritizing multiple ongoing projects. I have a strong track record of processing large quantities of invoices daily and maintaining updated records. Coordinating documents and payment approvals and resolving discrepancies and payment issues promptly 

Furthermore, I have eight years of progressive experience as a customer support specialist. I am well experienced with the combination of email handling, chat handling, call handling, technical assistance, data entry, app moderator, and social media moderator jobs. I have basic knowledge of computer and mobile troubleshooting and have used different platforms like Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Salesforce, Live Person, and Live Chat in my previous jobs.
I always make sure that objectives and metrics such as quality assurance evaluation, customer satisfaction, adherence, and a monthly product knowledge test are met. I have solid experience handling and answering emails, chats, and calls.
