Profile Description

I previously worked in a corporate atmosphere, where I excelled in the financial field. I managed team performance in the financial sector while dealing with receivables. As part of my position, I conduct operations and administrative responsibilities, as well as phone and email customer support work and web research. One of my duties as a manager is to provide induction modules to some associates in addition to my regular duties, which include approving email or SMS correspondence, coaching and giving feedback to the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as well as leading teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, handling escalated issues, and other ad hoc tasks. I am capable of performing data entry work, general administrative tasks, collections, customer support, customer care, training, and coaching. I am adept when it comes to debt recovery. I've worked in the financial sector for more than ten years, specializing in collections. I am able to work with little to no supervision and am flexible. I've completed training programs and certifications (Australia), including the Certificate III in Financial Services, which is also recognized by TAFE, and the JUMP & RISE programs. Excel is one of the MS Office programs I am adept in.  As with my creative and freelance career, I used to manage social media, mainly Facebook, for an apparel company, which I also own. I also have an experience as an account manager in a ecommerce business selling auto components. Creating shipping labels, ensuring that the right orders have been prepared and dispatched, and doing customer care duties including responding to inquiries about customers' orders or returns are all part of my scope of work. I have also managed Shopify stores in the past. I was engaged by a POD website to assist in managing two different brands, but after the owner sold the other brand, I concentrated just on that one. I am responsible for handling the correspondence with the brand ambassadors as well as responding to any inquiries. Furthermore,  I am also primarily tasked with creating discount coupons and providing customer support for lost/undelivered products, incorrect item, incorrect size, change of delivery address, unapplied discount codes during checkout, refunds, and all other types of customer complaints. I also know a little bit about photography and photo editing.
