I am reliable and hardworking individual. Long-term customer service associate. I have great experienced in chat, email and escalations support. Has an experience of Technical and customer service with a little background in Sales.
I spent the last few years working as a Opertations Specialist handling different market, doing critical thinking, Team Leader where I manage the Team Performance, doing huddle and update and Quality Assurance Specialist, where I gained the experience needed to qualify for a position. I hope to secure a permanent position with a well-established company such as yours, where I can put my experience and skills to good use.
My services includes:
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Have strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have good organizational skills and keeping record.
I have experiences working in a long-term customer service associate, I have great experienced in voice, email and chat support and even doing quality analysis including doing reports that will present to my clients, discussing the success of each person that I handled. I am self-motivated with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
