I wear many hats – from ensuring our EAs have the resources they need to shine, to keeping a pulse on client-EA partnerships. Prior to that, I spent over 4 years at Go2 (Sep 2018 - Mar 2023) where I honed my skills in KPI management, process improvement, and fostering inter-departmental collaboration.

Speaking of collaboration – I've been a pro at managing remote teams since before it was trendy! This experience has instilled in me a strong sense of clear communication and building trust across distances.
