Back in 2021, from offering staffing and web development services, my client decided to create a software designed to streamline the recruiting process specifically for trucking companies. This is when I started helping out the web development team with QA. With my experience in job boards and hiring apps, I guided the web development team on what to focus on, what to update or remove in the forms and how to improve the flow. We used Jira to create tickets and ensured that once changes were tested and approved on the test site, they were correctly applied to the live site. I also worked at Kantar in 2014, handling data processing, managing survey data and creating excel tables and SPSS as required by our clients. I performed my own QA for my work. We had a quality control team, but their main role was to provide us with scores on the accuracy of our data output before we sent it to the client. For over 4 years, I maintained a positive accuracy score of 95%.
