I've worked with various eCommerce businesses for more than 9 years, which helped me get all the important knowledge to provide basic to intermediate services to my clients. I've handled major platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Magento, and eBay so familiarizing myself with other platforms should be an easy task. I am very flexible in terms of the tasks that I accept but as a brief idea, I can do almost anything related to Amazon (including PPC), basic image editing, basic photography, SEO (except creative writing), setup enhanced brand content, reporting (sales and forecasting), product sourcing, and even logistics (international freight and FBA).

Also, as a business graduate, who has been exposed to different aspects of eCommerce, I can contribute ideas that may be helpful in the management's decision-making to achieve the best and most efficient solutions and processes. This includes logistics, supply-chain, supplier-related concerns, quality assurance, product development, product sourcing, inventory management, customer service, employee training, and operations.

In addition to my business degree, I also completed a two-year course in Computer Science, equipping me with the skills to set up Shopify apps and create automation using ManyChat and Zapier.
