• Enters over all transactions in QuickBooks (Journalizing, Posting , Adjusting, Trial Balance) 
• Prepares Financial Reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow)

Data Reporting Analyst - Freelance Project (Multimedia Company – US Client) 
• Prepares Monthly, Daily and Weekly Reporting (Sales Turnover, ROAS, KPI)
 • Prepares Clients Trends Report

Accounting Associate (XERO CERTIFIED) - Freelance Project Based (Australian Client) 
• Audit invoices and purchase order 
• Checking the ABN if GST registered 
• Input of Invoices in Xero as Bill 
• Updating of Company entity details in Xero

Finance and Accounting Analyst - OTC Specialist
• Perform task as Customer Specialist under Order to cash management process. 
• Data analysis 
• Ensure interpret data with hundred percent accuracy 
• Establish good communication with managers


Accounting Assistant 
• Process disbursements thru check 
• Posting of daily collections and miscellaneous expenses 
• Pre-audit of petty cash and other small expenses 
• Prepare cash position and other month end reports 
• Input of Client Information 
• Application of Internal Control
