Profile Description

I am a licensed teacher with over 10 years of experience in the BPO industry. I began my career as a telemarketer, where I worked on various campaigns such as APCO Merchant Services, HSBC, Medical Alert, and Home Security Alarm Systems, managing these campaigns based on business requirements.

I worked as a CSR/TSR for over 5 years, further enhancing my customer service skills. During this time, I managed accounts such as Upgrade to see actual info, Sprint, Telstra, and WorldRemit. As a customer service specialist, I was trained to deliver exceptional service via calls, emails, and chat, proactively resolve issues to prevent repeat calls, and build customer loyalty through outstanding service.

At WorldRemit, I was promoted to Transition Leader, where I managed 20 trainees per class. I supported them during their nesting period and provided coaching until they successfully completed their training.

In addition to my expertise in call handling, I am skilled in email communication, frequently following up with customers about their ongoing issues in my previous role. I also have experience teaching English email writing to Japanese business professionals and have worked as an online English Trainer for nearly 2 years.

Additionally, I worked at Fab Promo as a Financial Planning Assistant for over 2 years. At Delonix, I served as a Client Acquisition Manager for more than a year, where I managed a team of 10 members.

In my most recent role at Four Words, I managed customer inquiries about jewelry and pricing, coordinated post-sales communication via email to ensure timely resolution of concerns, and handled customer expectations. I also maintained accurate data in the CRM system, followed up on leads through emails, guiding them through our sales funnel, and provided administrative support to the sales and executive teams as needed.
