I have been in the call center industry for many years in different accounts from telco to sales and even financial accounts. I'm proud to say that in these years I have learned and experienced a lot from different cultures and attitudes in short how to handle different people I love providing excellent service and making people more than happy I am the type of person who has the will to learn and improve and become a professional in the field that I learned most of all I'm a very disciplined person making sure every task given to me is done in the given timeframe. I am computer literate. I also have experience in hotel and airline reservations. I do have cold calling and appointment setting experience for 4 years now. handled different campaigns like real estate, insurance, and many more.
