Ten years solid experience in Business Process Outsourcing. Recent position as Customer Experience Lead for a travel and hospitality Mobile App. Quality Assurance Analyst for one of the biggest banks in the U.S. by which we review calls of call center agents located in Washington State taking inbound calls for status updates of customer's short sale and deed in lieu including other lines of business related to mortgage.
