I have about a decade of experience in providing excellent customer service and technical support to U.S. clients in various business types such as telco, software, e-commerce, IT, and insurance. I am well-versed in both voice and non-voice support and ascertain customer satisfaction in each interaction with the clients. I am currently handling escalated calls for my team of 27 FTEs.
I want to explore a completely different industry to apply and nurture all my acquired skills and competencies. More importantly, I want to make positive impact in the workplace by showing my hard work, dedication, and eagerness to learn.
