My position as Order Desk Specialist is responsible for analyzing, encoding and categorizing information based on several key indicators and criteria. Reviews paper contracts to ensure authorized signature, effective date, service/billing address, phone, social security number or Tax lO, utility, rate, term, and product. Pass/fail as necessary. Ensures data accuracy/validity in Enrolment database. Keys order information into Deal Capture System with speed and accuracy. I also have experience as a Deputy Team Leader in Data Management Team in a private company which tasks includes duplicate checking of names and information, handling master files and updating it everyday, calling and verifying if their details are correct and accurate.
