Profile Description

I have experienced Customer Service Representative. I can work on both Voice(Inbound and outbound calls) and Non-Voice(e-mail and chat support).
Have a neutral accent, have a pretty accurate typing speed and worked on a call center company for two years.
A freelance artist who does commission portraits and art projects both in physical(using different media: watercolors, graphite, charcoal, etc.) and digital arts(making logos and vector arts using
adobe, photoshop).
Write reviews of books, foods, Upgrade to see actual info my social media accounts. Also, some short stories that were submitted on a facebook page. But most of the time, I use our local language when writing, but I can also write in English if needed. Music, Arts, and Literature are my first love.
I also worked as an administrative assistant on two different companies. My job as an admin assistant in these companies is mostly data entry and re-typing old paper documents to make it new and clean. So, I'm knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
I can do tasks done under pressure, resourceful, and I always do research if it has a minimal idea on the tasks.
