Profile Description

My first job was with Telstra. As a Customer Service Representative, I dealt with 50 clients every day. My tasks included collecting payments and resolving billing disputes while at the same time promoting Telstra's products to my customers through email correspondence or phone calls in which we use Avaya software. What made this experience truly amazing are how many different people you meet everyday when dealing solely. During my stay in the company, I pride myself on being a constant performer. I met and exceeded all the key performance indicators used to evaluate employee efficiency. After 4 years of being with Telstra and gaining valuable customer service skills, I dUpgrade to see actual info to try another role. Eye Candy Media was the company that hired me. Eye Candy Media is a Brisbane-based company that focuses on creating and maintaining websites rank in google through link building. My days often involve writing content (includes Blog post, PR and Infographic). When a new website is created, I also submit it to directories. This industry excites me greatly because it is constantly evolving!
