I'm a bachelor of science in development communication, majoring in broadcasting, and a graduate.
I have 3 years of experience in customer service in a BPO or call center setup, and 4 years as a General virtual assistant in Real Estate.
I handled different types of Sales campaigns both Inbound and Outbound Calls, Appointment Setting, and Skip Tracing
I have experience setting up appointments in real estate and SMS and
I've been calling FSBO, Expired Listing, Probate, Tax Delinquents, Tax Forclosure, and Driving for Dollars lists.
I've used different dialers and CRMs in cold calling, such as Call Tools, Mojo, Ready Mode, and Go High Level.
My job is to call homeowners, asking them if they want to sell their property. Building connections and Qualifying them, getting the 4 pillars needed, and setting up a callback.
I also have experience as an Acquisition Manager. My role includes doing a follow-up call, running comps, and giving an offer.
I used tools such as Follow Up Boss as a CRM, Propstream to check for property addresses and homeowners, and other link properties, Mojo as a dialer, DocuSign for agreements, Trello for my tasks, Spreadsheets, and Podio.
So I've been doing follow-up calls to those leads submitted by cold callers, confirming some property details, running some comps in the area, and giving them offers. I also set up In-Home if they don't want 3 offers I gave them so we can meet with them, shake their hands, and better look at their property.
