As a customer service representative for both Amazon and Xfinity (Comcast), I have gained extensive experience in providing top-notch customer support. During my time at one of the largest BPO companies in my city, I was a retail generalist for Amazon, where I handled product inquiries, refunds, and replacements for customers. My outstanding performance led me to be selected as part of the pioneer team for Amazon's chat support line, where I contributed to scoring higher than other BPO companies' chat support programs.
Working as a chat representative for one of the world's largest online retail stores, I came to understand the importance of online shopping for every customer I encountered. After the end of my tenure with Amazon, I was transferred to Xfinity as a billing specialist. My responsibilities there included explaining bills, adding or removing services, and upgrading services for current Xfinity customers. I successfully met my sales quotas every month while improving my empathizing skills with customers.
