I had my on-the-job training in Wonderworks, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States as an Interactive Exhibit Attendant for 3 months. I've been with Xbox as a Technical / Customer Support Associate for 3 years and at the same time an online entrepreneur for mobile gadgets since year 2013. With all my work experiences, I am positive that I will be able to work smoothly and figure things out whenever possible. I am also very passionate in delivering the work as what my client is expecting. I am a 4-year graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. During my studies, I attended a lot of seminars and workshops which hone my analytical skills and learnt how to deal with complex problems in a more systematic way.
