Let me tell you a little background before I give you the list of things that I CAN DO.
I worked in the area of Customer Service and Sales for 7 years and been with a different line of business. I worked with a Financial account, Telecommunication, and Sales.
I also been part of the Quality Assurance team and had conducted product training for Sales Account and for Customer Retention.
My Customer Service and Sales experience covered both non-voice
Another financial account I worked with was an Inbound Customer Support. Most of our customers are students and they sign up an account for their Financial Aid Refund which supports multiple Universities and Schools mainly in the U.S.
Within those 7 years, I also developed a solid Sales background.
I worked with a company that sells newspaper subscriptions, beauty products, and business listings such as SEO or Local Area Yellow Pages. Also been with one of Telecommunication Account and that also includes order processing, credit card pulling and cold calling.
In the area of E-Commerce I also worked as an Amazon VA. I did product research, competitor analysis and market research, customer service, inventory management, listing creation and optimization and order processing.
