I've worked in a different call center company supporting US accounts for more than7 years and have skills specifically for companies like Comcast, Microsoft, PayPal, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify with a complete background in sales. I know Photoshop pretty well as well as MS Word, Excel, and MS PowerPoint. I always work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I want a long-term, stable job where I can help you build your business. My home-based experience and flexibility on Amazon and Shopify to easily adopt new knowledge is one of my strongest assets that would benefit both my employer and myself to have a successful business in the industry. My forte in turning a customer's negative experience into a positive and asking for a good review with a 5-star rating on the Amazon listing page via email, phone call, or chat is also one of my strongest advantages that would contribute to the growth of a company on eCommerce. I have been in the home-based industry since September 2018. Within 6 months of working with my employer, they saw my potential and promoted me as a Team Leader. With a complete background in Shopify order fulfillment using Oberlo or DsersPro with Aliexpress and Alibaba suppliers, product mapping, customer support, order checking, item repricing, and customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms. I've also done the site quality checking to ensure the accuracy of our listing page.
