Profile Description

I have been working online for four years now. My previous work was as a Head of Optimization/Prospecting Virtual Assistant. I was on the frontline with our clients’ prospects to review their profiles, do research on their LinkedIn accounts, find relevant reasons to chat, develop and nurture DM conversations and build relationships with them; with the key objective of booking sales calls for our clients. I ensured that there are no inappropriate delays in responding to clients’ prospects and strong follow-up across the board. I also worked with the Campaign Build / Copywriting team for changes to client assets and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and optimized the systems for prospecting and DM handling. I handled cold emails as well.

Before that, I was a Data Researcher, my work mainly focused on accurately updating travel requirements of all countries, and encoding all the information in a database (with multiple spreadsheets) in a consistently organized format. I was also the Team Leader for the Philippines and I spearheaded and overlooked the performance of trainees, while closely working with our Upgrade to see actual info was my responsibility to proofread the work of other data researchers and make sure that their outputs are up-to-standards, which required a keen eye for details.

Prior to that, my work revolved around going over hundreds of websites and social media accounts per day to check their quality, social media following, and content; and entering these data on spreadsheets. I also had to compile and accurately organize websites/references according to different topics. I was also hired as an Online Product Researcher, where I had to do some research and make my own reviews about different products in the market. 

I was trained to become a good Studio Coordinator, Photographer, and Client Relations OIC in one of my previous companies. As a Studio Coordinator and Client Relations OIC it was my responsibility to do accounts management, work as the right-hand of our manager and lead the group in maintaining good client relationships. I was stationed at the front desk to set appointments and convert inquiries to bookings, explain all photoshoot packages/services etc., update the clients regarding the status of their orders through email, online messaging, and over the phone (and relay their concerns to appropriate internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers when needed) and handle the social media account of the store. I was also the one who was responsible for updating old and new clients, regarding ongoing promos, based on generated leads; and for most of the administrative tasks in the store. 

As a photographer, I took beautiful portraits of babies, kids, families, and clans through fun and play. I also learned basic photo editing and made sure that by the end of the day, I was able to provide them with an excellent service.
