Trained in mortgage and insurance field. I've been with Bank of America for 2 years. Then, I've been with QBE insurance company, based in Australia, for the last 3 years. Data entry, Email, Chat and Administrative work are my expertise. On my previous jobs I've been doing different tasks like validating legal documents, categorizing documents and organizing them. On the other hand, I've been emailing, chatting and calling our onshore partners and customers for confirmations and clarifications regarding my tasks if needed further information. After that, I've been with Diversify for 5 months as QA/Document Specialist then took a chance with AFNI from July to present as CSR – Email Upgrade to see actual infoed to be an Executive Assistant for a year in a Real Estate/Mortgage Loan company. Managing emails and admin task like data entry, managing clients contacts using Salesforce.
