Profile Description

I was in the contact center industry since 2010 before I decided to work home based.

While I was in the contact center industry I handled US and Australian campaigns, I have a total of 5 years of customer service experience and a total of 3 years sales experience. I was once promoted as a csat mentor and a sales coach wherein I helped representatives that are struggling with their metrics into becoming a key contributor to the team. I held coaching sessions with them and provide feedback on how they can improve their month to month scorecards.

When I shifted to working home-based, I was introduced to the Real Estate Industry where I worked as email support for a US property leasing website. I help tenants via email and phone call by reaching out to our contractors if they are having maintenance issues with the leased property. I was also hired by a real estate investor to do cold calling, prospecting, and appointment setting for both buyer and seller leads.

I also have a knowledge in sales, photo editing and basic troubleshooting.
