Recently I have worked as a Project Manager in Appen where I built and managed a virtual roster of proficient consultants to meet or exceed our program Upgrade to see actual info this role I did interview and hire new annotators and auditors as needed and provide analysis and reporting as requested by the client and execute day-to-day dynamic operational processes to adapt to changing client needs and expectations.
My exposure to e-commerce projects such as Search Relevance (for Search Engine Optimization),Social Media Management,Named Entity Recognition and Semantic Tagging will be a great help in achieving the client's business goals.

I also worked in a BPO firm years ago (Teleperformance & VXI) and has a vast experience in MS Excel and other MS Office (such as Word and Powerpoint) programs. My primary job function is Reporting and I use Excel as the main tool for my data and translated these data to valuable reports. I'm skillful in Excel functions/formulas such as vlookup, macros, pivot tables, conditional formatting, graphs, to name a few.

I'm a very independent and systematic worker this is to make sure I attain high productivity and optimize my time for great output. I always love challenges and learn new things and I believe that these skills will be very helpful in building a long term career and help achieve the goals of the organization or the team.
