Profile Description

Experienced as Lead Research Analyst with an Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting Company as of the Upgrade to see actual infont my main task is listed below:

*Use Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, the Mobile App, and a desktop Web Browser to discover Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creators who meet the criteria supplied by the Client.

*Cross-reference found creators, using tools and information supplied by the Client, to ensure that they were not previously submitted to the requesting Client customer or already exist in the customer's account.

*Assemble the list of found creators in spreadsheet form and provide it to the Client.

*Executes fast, accurate transaction processing, including data parsing, entry, and updating information.

*Closely follows process workflows and provides support in the implementation of initiatives and projects as directed by leadership.

*Collaborates closely with the team leader/manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities.

*Enrich data through research and generate reports and analytics as needed.

*Consistently perform with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Previously I was a Research Associate (Independent Contractor) 
-Profile Updating with their new Platform or Database/ Verifying and In-depth Researching the correct information.
-Company Updating / Verifying and In-depth Researching the correct information.
-Using both their Database and Via Spreadsheet.

Also, with experience as a Dropshipping Virtual Assistant, my main task was researching products and finding the lowest supplier price across Australia and the United States, and with work experience as a Research Team Lead.

Research Associate role:

It was collecting data and inputting the data that had been collected in the Company Platform.
-Identify the world’s most talented and influential executive leaders.
-Build detailed profiles of each C-level executive and algorithms are used to rank and match executives' right job, board, advisor, or consulting opportunity.

Duties and responsibilities as a Team Lead:

Data Reporting
- Sort out & record daily operation data from various internal systems & platforms.
- Examine the correctness of the data, compile them into a daily data report & send it to the management team.

Data Monitoring & Administration
- Keep monitoring operation data & goals, and notify the related persons when goals aren’t met.
- Keep everyone accountable for their respective tasks to make sure goals will be hit as scheduled.
