Being in a BPO industry for more than three years, and recently started being an Appointment Setter. I was able to acquire skills that could possibly help me in my future endeavors. I am versatile, and able to commit fully to the task at hand, I am also responsible enough to understand and meet the clients demands without compromising the time given, and applies initiative when needed the most. I am enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable individual who can provide you professional, efficient and high quality service on any tasks given. I am very much willing to learn, and explore new tools that would also enhance the service that I could possibly provide. I am skilled in communicating with clients over phone and email.
