-As Account Manager I collaborate with Amazon FBA Sellers in starting or scaling up their business by efficiently managing their account from A-Z. I also have keen eye for ensuring that our store will be gaining profit and continue to success.

-As Cold Caller for Real Estate , I called homeowners looking to sell their property and gather details on the property add the details to CRM like Podio, Scheduling Appointments, Follow up. Offer Price depends on the current ARV.-As Customer Service Rep, I provide service assistance to the customer in providing solutions to their concern, inquiries,orders,requests to meet their satisfaction and to make sure giving them 100% customer service satisfactions. As the frontline of the business it is my duty to do everything in my ability to keep the customer satisfied and happy with the service.
