In January 2021, I started working as a Lead Manager / Cold caller at a Real Estate company called Successful Property Solutions. 1 year later, I got promoted as Operations Manager.
I also have 2 and a half years of work experience as a mortgage specialist at JP Morgan Chase and that's where my US real estate background came from. I have also worked as a card specialist (Australian account) in HSBC for 3 years.
I usually conduct Inbound and outbound calls to customers to discuss about their mortgage/credit cards, offer assistance, update their demographics, do skip tracing and many more.
I pay great importance to efficiency and quality. I'm also a fast learner and very receptive to feedback.
I also have a background in marketing and advertising, Public Relations and Journalism/copywriting.
Can work under time pressure and has the ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision.
