My most extended role was as a Senior Sales Advisor for an IT distribution company.
I have a wide scope of responsibility within the territory. I managed Junior Representatives, whereas sometimes, teach on training, providing them an extensive sales and product training. I have to stay hands-on with all the territory tasks as well. Our group supports the top 3 biggest IT/office resellers in the United States. I work directly with their Sales Representatives / Buyer regarding product inquiries, quotes, sales, bids, order management, CTO configuration, and after-sales services needed. We also establish an excellent working relationship
with the vendors to ensure both parties would have profitable and good running sales for our respective accounts.
This is a business-to-business setting, efficiency, consistent SLA, and establishing a good relationship with our clients have always been our core as a group.
