A Software QA and Tester, expert in test scenarios and test cases design, test and defect management (HP ALM/Testlink/Jira), functional testing, regression testing, usability testing, automation testing (Playwright/Cypress), SAT, IAT, UAT support, API testing, cross-browser testing, and cross-device testing (Browserstack).

Software testing experience in e-commerce hybrid mobile app, private social networking SaaS, document approval system, Telco Operational Support System, Oracle’s Siebel CRM, Kenan Billing and Order Management, Telco GIS, API, web services, file-based/data-driven programs, Inventory System, Retail and Food industry Point-of-Sales, and Car Parking System.

Can participate in waterfall and agile(scrum) projects. Knowledgeable in SQL, HTML, Selenium in java, XPath, CSS selectors, Upgrade to see actual info, Playwright, javascript, typescript, git, github, Postman, Jira, Docker, and Envoyer.
