I've worked in the BPO industry for over five years as a customer service representative, lead nurturing and sales management via (Phone/Chat) before transitioning into a similar role but in a different field related to real-time sports data reporting and analysis. I then moved up to a managerial position before going abroad to work as a marketing researcher to help import profitable products from China to Iran and from Iran to the Philippines by leveraging my multilingual skills. I then traveled to the Philippines because of the pandemic, then took on the managerial role for a local leading pharmaceutical company.
