Profile Description

I worked as a Customer Service and Student Support Representative (homebased) for 2 years and 7 months for an amazing Business Coach based in the USA where I mainly respond to customer service-related and sales-related concerns and inquiries via email, eWebinar chat and social media, as well as provide coaching support to students. I also worked for 2 years and 1 month as Sales Coordinator in a trading company in the Philippines. I mostly do administrative and sales support to our Sales Engineers. Some of my duties and responsibilities include preparing and emailing quotations/proposals to customers, following up on the status of every quotation I sent, keeping track of stock inventory, filing of office documents, office management, answering and entertaining phone calls, taking minutes during meetings and resolving customer concerns/issues. I also handled a few sales for the company.
I am flexible, organized, responsible, hardworking, trainable, fast learner, trustworthy and open for corrections and improvement. I always give my best on every task assigned to me and value the trust my employers give me. My work experiences have definitely helped me grow my skills in the customer service field.
