I'm highly Upgrade to see actual info my last position as technical support, attention to detail was vital to my success. For example, when giving technical assistance, I was responsible for ensuring all the files/data of the customer won't be deleted. I’m friendly and easy to go with. I love and am eager in learning new things, and willing to accept corrections for improvement. I’ve worked as a technical support representative for almost 2 years. I understand the big picture of reaching out to customers with compassion and patience. I like to set realistic priorities for myself, but I always get my work done on time or ahead of schedule. I have a Laptop, Desktop, and a stable internet connection, and have internet backup as well if an outage happens.
