I was a Data Entry Staff and I stayed there for 1 year and 5 months. We are typing vehicle insurances like State Farm, Geico, etc. Second, I was with Qualfon Philippines Inc. as a customer service representative, I stayed there for 2 years. We are inbound/outbound customer service/technical support. We assist customers calling why their phone is not working, examples are if their phones are not able to make and receive calls or with regards to their voicemail, any wireless phone features we cater that and make sure to resolve it the first time they have called. Third, I was with TaskEveryday as a Virtual Assistant. My client was from Colombia and he has a logistics business, to which I was assigned as Equipment Control. I handled big steamship lines like MAERSK, CMA, HAMBURG SUD, etc. I also set appointments for the driver to deliver the container vans and make sure that they will arrive on time. And, updates lead driver's information and leads through Zoho CRM.The last company that I was with is with Regent Business Proceed, I've been with them since January, I was a customer service representative and was transitioned to become an SME a year after being in customer service. I've handled agents seeking assistance with our products and how to resolve certain scenarios.
