Profile Description

In my capacity as a tax accountant, I support the creation of financial statements that adhere to accounting standards, produce work that is clear and concise, documents that attest to the work completed, prepare management accounts, assist in identifying accounting issues, apply fundamental Australian tax compliance procedures, support clients with Australian tax planning, prepare Australian income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts, fill out necessary regulatory forms, and comply with the program by meeting registration deadlines.
The primary accounting records, or ledgers, of an organization are our responsibility as bookkeepers. Recording and publishing transactions, such as revenue and expenses, to several accounts is part of daily tasks. A bookkeeper's job description should highlight the importance of having excellent time management and organizational abilities, as the role is broad and varied. Additionally, because it exposes one to many facets of the accounting function, it can serve as a stepping stone to a more senior or specialized accounting career.
