container shipment or consolidation with other suppliers.
• Quality Control Check on supplier’s inspection reports before
container loading.
• Works with shipping agents for container booking schedules &
sourcing out for competitive rates.
• Checking Invoices and Packing List from suppliers on container
shipments against purchase order in our system if no discrepancies on quantity
and pricing.
• Creates Invoice/Packing List for customs clearance for US port.
•Receive container slip in the system from warehouse receiving
report and communicate with suppliers for any discrepancies or damages in
transit for item replacement or refund.
