I have over 7 years of call center experience working in an office environment, 6 years in Outbound calling preferably in selling and 1 year as customer service representative in Upgrade to see actual info. For the past 5 years, I have done freelance work online. I have handled several campaigns already, more on insurance like life insurance, funeral and health insurance too. I am a fast learner and always eager to learn new things. I am also very persistent when it comes to work, I pay attention to all the details and like to be sure that everything is just right.
