- Inventory modeling/forecasting- Financial forecasting- Creating shipping plans thru Seller Central- Filing cases for lost/missing shipments- Creating removal order- Coordinate with 3PLs and freight forwarders- Monitor shipments and ensure all shipments have been received- Vendor management- Creating strategic thrust and SOPs- Inventory Audit- Capable of using different tools like SoStocked, SellerBoard, SellerLegend, Helium 10, Seller Central- Expert in Google sheet and MS Excel- Creating BI report using Power BI or Google Data Studio
My highest career attainment in the Philippines is as a Regional Operation Manager handling different departments and branches to ensure all operational protocols and standards are implemented.
I have the passion and dedication to execute my task based on the expectation of my superior and my company. I contributed to and helped my previous companies to grow the business in both vertical and horizontal ways by continuously improving the business processes, finding ways to be cost-efficient, right people management, and elevating the skills and welfare of our people.
