using Labtech and ConnectWise as medium to connect to managed services over
200+ clients, workstations 500+ , colocation servers 150+
Troubleshoot easy to
complex Window workstation issues using cmd , powershell, regedit.
Provide installation,
support vpn client and vpn firewall -Sonicwall NetExtender, Watchguard
Installs,
troubleshoot , maintains – Access Directory, Window Server (file, printer,
AD, DHCP,DNS)
Undergone Connecwise
Dell Support training Level 1 and 2
Supports WAN connection,
liase with providers and troubleshoots LAN network(Switches, printers,
Firewall, Fiber Modem)
