I have worked for over 5 years in different BPO companies here in the Philippines that provide services to US based clients.
I have worked as a CSR of the Provider Care Department of the Anthem Blue Cross of CA account in Teletech Holdings Inc. I started building my medical billing career when I worked at SPi Healthcare. I started as a CSR taking in patient inquiries regarding billing, then I was moved to the non-voice team where I did most (if not all) of the off-phone billing tasks like claims creation, rejection reconciliation, complete demographic entry, payment posting, recoups and off-sets, denial management, etc. Then I eventually got promoted as Quality Assurance Specialist and has provided coaching and feedback to both the voice and non-voice teams of the account.
I joined the freelancing world in 2013 and have provided a variety of medical billing services including AR follow-up, insurance verification, authorization requests, patient scheduling and credentialing to quite a few healthcare professionals.
I give my best in everything that I do. I am focused on achieving long-term successes and most of all I enjoy utilizing my skills to help others.
