I'm working as a Finance Accountant for the last 5 years. My current work related jobs are but not limited to daily invoicing against subcontractor's bills by adding a markup ensuring the company will be in a profit side, preparing weekly summary report of invoice versus cost and preparing of A/R and A/P reports, I'm also checking our vendor's ledger to make sure we are paying them on time to avoid loss of subcontractors working for us, I'm also managing the payroll of our handymen so we will be paying them regularly and fairly, posting bills in Buildium and QBO and updating Latchel daily for an update of all the work orders being done for the day. I  was a Finance Accountant for which I worked as a part time and prepared th Income and Expense report and prepared payment for expenses for a Airbnb company.  I worked as the head of E-Commerce in Shopify in one of the jewelry company in Bahrain and working at the same time as an Assistant Merchandise PlUpgrade to see actual infor in the same company.
I did the startup of the company's financials by preparing a 5 year Projection for the company. I processed orders, packaging and shipping of the items to the buyers since I was assigned solely for the position as the General Accountant and a VA for the shopify account. But my main role in the company was a General Accountant and while doing those I'm helping the Merchandising Department for their monthly report to be presented to the upper management.
