Hello! My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I am an experienced Customer Service Representative based here in Cebu, Philippines.

I was a technical support and my job is to answer calls for customers who are experiencing any technical issue (Cable, internet, phone) as well as billing issues. I also do a follow-up call to customers who had a cancelled schedule with the technician. I was also in a sales team we were driven to reach our target each day. After 6 months I was promoted as a POC for new hires. I do floorwalks to assist the agent and answer supervisory calls if Upgrade to see actual info times where there are no new hires to assist to, I was assigned to be an SME in our team. I have been in the BPO company in the Philippines for almost 4 years. I am competitive in the field and was a consistent top agent in the company.
