~I have over 8+ years of experience in Administrative Assistant, Social Media Management and Executive assistant assisting U.S. clients. I was trained at two of the largest call centers in the Philippines where I worked for about 4 years and have been a freelancer thereafter.

I can provide e-mail management, calendar management, back office tasks, community management, social media moderation, graphic designing, video editing and a lot more to delight your customers and uphold your company's policies. Admin Task and Social Media management is my passion as I am a customer from time to time, as we all are. With this at heart and with years of experience, I have developed skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer services, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude, and persuasiveness.

I was an Office Manager from my previous company, I was managing our websites, am very familiar with cloud-based applications, and can also do bookkeeping. I've been doing Social Media Management such as Facebook Ads and keeping up with my client's social media accounts, writing content, and graphic designing. 

I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers and be a good dent in your company's growth.

I am a full-time freelancer and can work both Australian and U.S. business hours.
