I have eight years of customer support experience (including live chat, email and data entry, and workforce management as a real-time analyst). I am self-motivated, hard working with great communication skills, can multi-task, quick learner, capable of following instructions easily, and able to work under minimal supervision. I can provide quality service.
I can:
-Provide technical assistance to 10 customers simultaneously through Live Chat (60wpm). 
-Send assistance through personalized email to 100+ customers. (My previous job has a quota of 64 emails/day) 
-Create designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. (Self-trained)
-Manage agents' calls, making sure that SLA is being met.
