I've been an Administrative Assistant for a Realtor in New Jersey for over a year. My tasks would be calling leads from kvCore and pre-qualifying them, drafting offers using Zipforms and Skyslopes, Setting up Showings, Manage Google Calendar, FB Page, Incomplete Transactions and Listings.
I was a Lead Conversion Specialist for almost 2 years for a Real Estate Company based in the US. My main role was to qualify potential buyers and set a face-to-face appointment with one of the Real Estate Agents. I also have experience calling potential sellers, sell services like MLS and FSBO, and making sure they will have a face-to-face meeting with the listing/ real estate agent.
I have a bit understanding of how the different types of Grants Programs work in terms of down payment assistance.
I am familiar with using CRM's like Salesforce, Velocify, Set Schedule, kvCore, Follow Up Boss, Broker Sumo, Dot loop, and Boomtown.
I know basic of video editing using Adobe Premiere and Filmora. Also proficient in using Canva for Content Creations.
I had a total of 5 years as a Financial Adviser for a Financial Company in the US. My main roles were to answer Escalated calls and file dispute claims from clients. On the side, I worked as a part-time English teacher for Japanese Students.
