Experienced in MLS listing management, contract administration, and post-closing follow-up.                                                                                                                 
Acquisition  Specialist: Demonstrating a proactive approach to career development, I volunteered to assist a client in their wholesaling business. I gained practical experience in real estate fundamentals during this role, including property valuation (comps, ARV, MAO) and CRM platform utilization (Reireply, HubSpot). This hands-on exposure solidified my interest in the industry and qualified me with a strong foundation for success in real estate.
               
My previous experience as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Brisbane, Australia provided me with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
