Understanding the importance of social media in marketing, I became proficient in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. My experience has made me well-versed in creating engaging content, growing audience engagement, and leveraging social media to boost business visibility.

I used to work with an Australian Mortgage Broker and one of my tasks was to assist her with some personal stuff she needed such as booking her flights, hotel accommodation, organizing her schedule for the week and confirming meetings with client making sure she's on the right track of things.

As a former trainer, one of my tasks was to ensure quality on the works of my trainees prior to sending them to operations. I somehow did quality control on them as well as coaching on how to better their skills.
