Data Entry is one the easiest yet requires full attention. I have done data entry many times as well in the past, that's why I understand how vital being keen to details is as there must be no room for mistake here. Especially when we're dealing with personal information.

I previously ran a small business where I managed our social media platforms, a task that was crucial but often took me away from other important responsibilities. Understanding the importance of social media in marketing, I became proficient in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. My experience has made me well-versed in creating engaging content, growing audience engagement, and leveraging social media to boost business visibility.

I have been working with US, Australian and New Zealand companies for more than 13yrs which makes me confidently say that I can communicate well in this language.

I used to work with an Australian Mortgage Broker and one of my tasks was to assist her with some personal stuff she needed such as booking her flights, hotel accommodation, organizing her schedule for the week and confirming meetings with client making sure she's on the right track of things.

As a former trainer, one of my tasks was to ensure quality on the works of my trainees prior to sending them to operations. I somehow did quality control on them as well as coaching on how to better their skills.

As this requires call, I can say that I am well versed into this skill. I have also experienced working as Appointment Setter for a real estate company in the US.

This has been one of the tools I used for 13 yrs of working with different companies.

I can say that I am an expert at this skill. I have been managing emails from all the jobs I jave worked with. I even trained a few people on how to write emails the proper way.

This was one of my tasks when I worked for an Australian based Mortgage Broking company. There were instances where she had to visit the Philippines to meet us, her Virtual Assistants, and I helped her managed her itinerary. Also helped her with some of her travels when visiting different states to meet up with clients.
